Meet Jim

As CFO, Jim oversees all the company financial operations. Jim is primarily responsible for managing the financial risks of the corporation, financial planning, record-keeping and financial reporting. He also oversees the Office Managers working with the day to day project finances and directly assists the Chief Operating Officer’s (COO) on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding.
